Shipping policy

U.S. shipping

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC.

Orders under $100 ship at calculated USPS Ground Advantage rates. Alaska, Hawaii, and other supported U.S. destinations have calculated shipping charges regardless of order total.

International shipping

We offer paid international shipping to supported destinations through USPS Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International. Available services and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees not collected at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs processing may cause delivery delays.

Made-to-order builds

Custom builds currently require approximately 3–4 weeks before shipping. Any additional production time for special requests will be discussed before ordering. Shipping transit time begins after your build is completed and dispatched.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Mail-in services and selling to PWR

This policy covers store purchases. Shipping arrangements for repairs or items you’re selling to PWR are confirmed separately. Please contact us before mailing anything to the workshop.
